    •  
    • - The machining process is defined by the sequence of the tools and the operations in the process list. It is easy to create it by the machining manager. Tools can be inserted into the process list from the turret or from the tool catalogue. If required, it is possible to define a new tool instantly in process list (and than save it to the catalogue). Machining operations are then located into the respective tool.
    • - The program offers full set of basic turning operations: roughing, finishing, threading, drilling, necking and cutting-off. It is possible to create the movements of the tool directly "by hand" with use of the construction geometry lines.
    • - Milling and drilling operations with the driven tools are available. The cut-off workpiece can be used as the semi product for the machining of the opposite side. If there are more spindles than one in the machine, it can be clamped to the opposite spindle or to any other spindle.
    • - All operations can be edited in the graphic window. The tool trajectories are shown when the edit mode is on and geometrical parameters of the operation can be changed by mouse. Another parametres of the operation can be edited simultaneously in the instrumental panel to reach the desired machining process. The two-dimensional simulation of the tool movement can be switched on any time. In addition, the 3D simulation of the tool movement can be shown for any operation as well as for the whole machining.
    • - Any operation from the process list can be changed any time. After that, the program re-calculates all the following operations to accept the change in the whole machining process. The items in the process list can be easily moved or copied by the Windows® system "drag and drop" operations. Any part of the process can be temporarily deactivated.
    • - The program calculates the shape of the workpiece continuously. It means the workpiece after an operation is the semi-product for the next operation. If any change in the process is made, the program calculates with the current shape of the workpiece and corret tool trajectories are created.
    • - Three-dimensional tool movement simulation can be shown for an operation, for a tool and its operations or for a spindle and its operations. If there is only one spindle in the machine, the whole process can be shown. The values of coordinates of the generated trajectories can be checked, too.

    •      The tool trajectories, created by the roughing cycle and the special contour operation (CNT) can be manually changed to satisfy user requirements..
